We build the modules
India should have built years ago.
Ramanu Systems designs and manufactures precision electronics modules in Pune, Maharashtra — using genuine Tier-1 components, real engineering, and zero compromise. Every module we ship is the module we’d use in our own circuits.
The Problem We Saw
Walk into any electronics market in India — online or offline — and you’ll find shelves full of cheap power modules and sensor breakout boards. They look fine. They cost ₹15–30. And they use counterfeit ICs, unbranded capacitors, and connectors that fail after a few dozen uses.
Engineers discover this the hard way: output voltages that drift, protection circuits that don’t protect, thermal shutdowns that never shut down, and sensors that disagree with each other by 5°C. The ₹20 you saved on the module costs you days of debugging, missed deadlines, and circuits that fail in the field.
We decided to fix this. Not by importing better modules from somewhere else — but by designing and building them right here in India, with the same components and engineering standards used by Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, and Linear Technology in their reference designs.
What We Stand For
Genuine Components Only
Every IC, capacitor, connector, and passive component is sourced from authorized distributors — Mouser, DigiKey, element14. No grey market. No “equivalent” substitutes. No clones. Full lot traceability on every part.
Measured, Not Claimed
When we say 7µVrms noise, we measured it on an oscilloscope. When we say 2× faster thermal response, we ran the experiment and published the data. Our datasheets contain real measurements, not copied specifications from someone else’s design.
Protection Built In
Cheap modules skip protection to save ₹2 in BOM cost. We include Schottky reverse protection diodes, TVS transient suppressors, ferrite bead EMI filters, and foldback current limiting — because the ₹2 saved on protection costs ₹2,000 in field failures.
Made in India, for the World
Designed and assembled in Pune, Maharashtra. Our long-term vision isn’t just displacing Chinese imports in the Indian market — it’s building an Indian electronics brand that exports globally on the strength of its engineering, not on the weakness of its pricing.
Open Engineering
We publish detailed datasheets, comparison guides, application notes, thermal test data, and Arduino sample code for every product. Engineers shouldn’t need to guess how a module works or what’s inside it. We show you everything.
Zero-Bottleneck Design
A module is only as good as its worst component. We select every part — from the LDO IC to the smallest bypass capacitor — to ensure no single component limits the module’s performance. No bottlenecks, no weak links.
Our Component Standard
Every Ramanu Systems module is built exclusively with components from these Tier-1 manufacturers — sourced through authorized global distributors with full lot traceability and authenticity verification.
We don’t use “market grade” components from unverified sources. We don’t substitute a ₹3 capacitor with a ₹0.50 equivalent. We don’t use relabeled ICs. The BOM cost is higher — and that’s exactly the point. Your project will never fail because we cut corners on components.

Our Product Lines
TrueVolt Series — LDO Voltage Regulators
From the general-purpose TrueVolt74033 (TLV740P, 50µA quiescent current) to the ultra-low-noise TrueVolt LN-7A2033 (TPS7A2033, 7µVrms), the TrueVolt series covers every 3.3V power rail requirement — with aluminum MCPCB thermal performance and built-in reverse current protection that cheap modules skip entirely.
PureRail Series — USB-C Clean Power
The PureRail C33 Nano transforms any USB-C charger into laboratory-grade 3.3V and 5V power — with an Amphenol connector rated for 10,000+ mating cycles, SMAJ5.0CA TVS protection, Panasonic current sensing, and four solder-jumper configuration points. Professional power infrastructure from a phone charger.
PureSwitch Series — Load Switches
The PureSwitch-22919 stops brown-out resets with controlled soft-start, provides quick output discharge to eliminate ghost voltages, and includes a Schottky freewheeling diode for direct relay control — replacing discrete MOSFETs, gate resistors, and flyback diodes in a single 13×19mm module.
SwiftSense Series — Temperature Sensors
Analog temperature sensors on aluminum MCPCB that respond 2× faster than FR4-based equivalents. The SwiftSense T235 (TMP235, ±0.5°C) delivers voltage output, while the RS-TMP6331-100K (TMP6331, silicon PTC) provides ratiometric resistance output with built-in Schottky protection for inductive loads. Both use M3 screw mounting for secure industrial deployment.
Where We’re Going
Ramanu Systems started with a simple observation: Indian engineers deserve Indian-made modules built to international standards. Our six products are the proof of concept. The roadmap ahead is bigger.
We’re expanding into battery management modules, precision DC-DC converters, and industrial sensor interfaces — all built on the same principles: genuine Tier-1 components, measured specifications, published engineering data, and zero-bottleneck design. We’re also building a library of Fundamentals articles and application notes to support the next generation of Indian hardware engineers.
Our long-term goal is straightforward: build a self-sufficient Indian electronics company capable of global export — competing not on low price, but on superior engineering.
